Shipping Policy
Items in stock will be shipped out on a next day service. Items not in stock will be back ordered and shiped out as soon as available.
Damages
Any items received damaged in transit must be notified within 3 days of receipt.
Returns Policy
Due to hygine reasons, only faulty goods can be returned. Any returned goods found to be faulty will be replaced. If a replacement is not available, a credit will be issued.
Cancellation Policy
All returns must have written authorisation before being returned. Orders that have not shipped can be cancelled within 7 days of placing the order. If the item has shipped, then it must be returned in as new & unopened condition complete with all its packaging. Items that have been removed from their packagaing or used cannot be returned. Any items returned without prior authorisation will be rejected. |
